While we do our best to ensure that the content and online courses are of a high standard, you understand and acknowledge that by using the website and online services, you may be exposed to poor transmission due to connection issues, local internet, or broadband; We are not responsible (legal or otherwise) for any claims you may have against us in connection with these types of incidents.

2.18. You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under the stated Terms and Conditions.

 

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS

3.1. In order to fully participate in all activities on the website and to participate in the online course, the user must first register for a personal account on the website by providing a name, email address and password. You agree that you will never disclose or share access or your access information with any third party for any reason.

3.2. When setting up your account, you may be asked or required to enter additional information, including date of birth, location, and any other information that will help other students get to know you and help us tailor services to suit you.

3.3. By registering with GenInglés for an account, you agree (in addition to the above terms and conditions of use) that:

  • You will not set up multiple accounts in your name (unless on behalf of a minor).

  • You will not allow anyone else to use your account.

  • You will not cheat on any assignments or exams related to the content and online courses, or share solutions to assignments or exams; AND

3.4. In the event that you fail to comply with the provisions of the previous point, you may be temporarily or permanently blocked depending on the seriousness of the offense.

 

4. UPDATES, ACCESS AND SUBSCRIPTION

4.1. By using the Website you may choose to purchase:

4.2. Access to online content and courses that require a one-time initial fee to gain access.

4.3. To gain access to the course, you agree to pay the amount specified on the course description page of the website. All prices quoted include all applicable sales taxes (eg VAT).

4.4. You agree that in the event that we are unable to collect any subscription access fees owed to us, we may take such other steps as we deem necessary to recover any fees owed to us.

4.5. In certain circumstances, cancellation and refunds may be available for initial paid courses and subscription access purchased by you, as long as they are requested within the first 24 hours of your subscription, after which time they will not be refunded.

4.6. After you have signed up for Subscription Access, we reserve the right to vary any recurring subscription fee from time to time and will notify you of any changes to the subscription fee. Rate changes will become effective at the beginning of the next subscription period after the date of the price change. If you do not agree to a price change, you have the right to reject the change by describing access to the subscription before the change becomes effective.

5.1. All content on this site is the property of GenInglés, or its content providers and is protected by national and international copyright laws, the compilation, republication, sale, modification, publication or distribution of any material on this website is strictly prohibited.

8.3. For any dispute between you and us, you agree that you will first attempt to resolve it with us informally.
